The Hertfordshire Golf & Country Club
08:15 – 13:30
Delighted to be adding The Hertfordshire to our Breakfast schedule- Since being acquired by new owners in 2018 lots of investment has been taking place and the venue will be changing dramatically over the coming months. The course at the Hertfordshire remains true to Jack Nicklaus II's vision. The course offers a variety of natural experiences to players, making it perfect for professionals and amateurs with different skill sets and techniques. Massive bunkers intersperse the fairways, and the final stretch of the course has challenging water hazards, making the course quite demanding. 8.15 Arrival /Full English 9.00 Tee Times 1.30 Presentations/Close Cost £59.00 per person *The Breakfast schedule will have its own Race with three member cards entered to give you your average for the leader board.  Guests are welcome to come along-  Membership required after one guest visit in order to return for future events

GB Breakfast Hockley Golf Club
08:00 – 14:00
Delighted to be adding Hockley Golf Club to our 2020 schedule. A superb venue for our Breakfast Race 8am Arrival 8.30 Full English 9.15 Tee Times commence 14.00 Presentation   Hockley is built on free draining chalk downland, which means it remains playable in all but the harshest of winter conditions. We rarely need to use temporary greens or tees and, as a result, members and visitors have the chance to play meaningful golf year-round. We are naturally gifted with a James Braid course, on a beautiful piece of land set within the South Downs National Park and the course is a pleasant walk. It meanders gently up a valley before reaching the top of the downland and the stunning views across the city of Winchester and south towards the coast. On a clear day you can make out the Isle of Wight in the distance. The walk is pretty much on the level from that point, except for some minor changes in elevation, as it horseshoes across the downs and then descends over the final hole back towards the clubhouse. At 6,067 yards off the yellow tees and 6,420 yards from the white tees, the par 71 course (par 72 for ladies at 5,677 yards from the red tees) is not long by modern standards and is enjoyable for every standard of player. The wind is Hockley’s great defence and when the breeze is up it’s a great challenge for even the best golfers. The course has benefited from significant recent improvements and more work is planned to ensure that it continues to provide the best possible playing surfaces.

Brocket Hall Golf Club
08:30 – 16:30
Delighted to be returning to the Melbourne Club at Brocket Hall and playing the fabulous Palmerston Course Regarded as something rather special by its famed English architects Donald Steel & Martin Ebert, this course is one of the finest that they created. The Palmerston is frequently held up as a perfect example of a top quality golf course created with minimum intrusion to the site. In contrast to the Melbourne, on the tree lined Palmerston you don’t have to contend with the river at all, instead the Estate’s ancient woodland of rare Hornbeam, Scots and Corsican Pine and 500 year old Oak trees create some of the most spectacular hazards likely to be encountered on a golf course. Teamed with fiendishly placed bunkers and large undulating greens this challenging par 73 is a great test and is rightfully rated as one of the best courses in England. 8.15 Arrival 8.30 Full English Breakfast 9.00 Coaching 10.00 Tee Times commence 15.45 Presentations and 2 course meal   Members £135 Guests £150

The course designer, Herbert Fowler, liked to test the extent of the golfer’s repertoire of shots. The Old Course has many demands, but its greater length means that more “Scottish shots” are likely to be needed in this Surrey haven. When you do reach the greens, they are large, hard, fast, and true.

Sunningdale Golf Club
07:30 – 18:30
We are very excited to be able add Sunningdale to our Platinum list of courses for 2019.   Course Details Old and New Courses. The Old Course is considered one of the best inland courses in the UK and is regularly found in various “100 top courses” rating lists. Many amateur and professional golfing events have been played here including  the News of the World Professional Match Play Championship, numerous European Open Championships, many Ladies Open Championships, the Walker Cup, International Final Qualification for the Open Championship, and most recently the Senior Open Championship in 2015. Sunningdale’s New Course was designed by Colt and Morrison and opened in 1923, on heathland including small copses and broom. The first five holes were more or less as now, although the track of the first and eighteenth holes had to be reversed.  Colts sixth hole played down the line of today’s ninth hole, though along its left hand ridge to a green over the path down to Valleys End and the Brickmaker’s Arms.Holes 7-10 were hilly and in today’s woods right of the tenth hole on the Old. The tenth hole was played from the hill above, onto today’s tenth green, and the last eight holes were much the same as current, although the thirteenth was fifty yards longer, and other green locations have been altered. More land became available in 1934, allowing architect Tom Simpson to scrap the hilly holes and create a clockwise loop, with a 500 yard tenth onto a green on today’s eleventh fairway, and the course was renamed the Jubilee course. This was not popular with members and in 1939 Colt and Morrison were asked to reassess. They reversed the loop, using Simpson’s greens, and built new greens for the thirteenth and eighteenth holes. Their re-design has lasted.     The Itinerary  Arrival and Welcome at Clubhouse Buffet breakfast offering Bacon Rolls, Danish Pastries, Croissants, Yogurt with toppings, Sliced Fruit, Fruit Smoothies, Juices, Tea, Coffee & Bucks Fizz Complimentary Newspapers Complimentary Coaching Clinic and Warm Up on the Practice Ground. Dyrham Park Golf Course
08:30 – 17:00
Dyrham Park Country Club's 6,497 yard course presents a rich and varied challenge, with tree-lined fairways and several water hazards. Designed by C.K. Cotton, the course reflects the belief of "no risk, no reward". Numerous holes feature distinctive water hazards with the spectacular 7th tempting the brave with a 200-yard carry over a lake. The 6th and 13th holes boast an impressive lake measuring some 2,000 square metres that provides a genuine and daunting challenge to golfers of all handicaps. The stretch of holes from 14-16 - known as "the loop" - can make or break a round, with water a danger on each hole, but with chances for birdies too. The 11th hole par 3 is one of the most challenging and interesting par 3s with a carry over a large lake to the green. Accurate driving and clever course management are essential. Many holes present a choice of strategies from the tee: play safely for position or unleash a driver and hope to create a birdie chance. This makes the course hugely varied and enjoyable.   8.30 Arrival 8.45 Full English Breakfast 10.00 Tee Times Commence 15.45 2 Course Meal and Presentation.
